As a British-born Aussie who’s spent the past 16 years under the golden light of Bondi Beach, I’ve come to understand that Bondi is more than a destination—it’s a way of life. Every wave, every breeze, every barefoot step along the shoreline has deepened my connection to this extraordinary place. It’s a connection rooted in gratitude, freedom, and love.
As a single mum to my Australian-born son, legacy means everything. Bondi Basics was born from the desire to preserve the essence of this beachside life—not just for him, but for anyone seeking to carry the spirit of Bondi with them, wherever they are in the world.
The Scent of Passion
My love affair with perfumery began with curiosity and quickly became an obsession. What started as a quiet creative outlet—blending oils at my kitchen table—soon evolved into a deep study of fragrance, ingredients, and the way scent can tell a story. I immersed myself in the world of natural oils and rare extracts, learning the art of balance and the science of alchemy. Today, I still create our core blends by hand—guided by instinct, passion, and a desire to evoke emotion through scent.
